These terms govern your use of shefit.shop and purchases from Shefit.

1. Agreement

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them; the current version is always posted here.

2. Products & Pricing

We work to display accurate prices, descriptions and availability. In the rare case of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order. All prices are in USD and exclude sales tax — we cover applicable tax on all US orders.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our secure commerce platform. We accept major US payment methods. Orders may be cancelled for verification or stock issues, with a full refund of any charge.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders ship free within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days per our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, logos and design — is the property of Shefit and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Product Information & Fitness

Garment care and fit guidance are provided in good faith. Activewear is apparel, not protective equipment. Discontinue use of any product that shows excessive wear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shefit's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
